Last week we discussed what web 2.0 was and compared it to web 1.0. We watched a video clip entitled "Shift Happens" which explored how quickly technology changes and the significant impact technology plays in our lives and more importantly, how you as students learn.
Each week you will visit our class wiki and complete a set of tasks. This week we have a few "housekeeping" items to complete as we begin to get our feet wet in this class. Please be patient and flexible as I work my way through the construction and implementation of this technology course.
TASKS:
Log onto RenWeb and read your classwork assignments. Remember that you receive a classwork grade for work that you complete during our class period.
Check your e-mail and you will see that I have sent you a username and password for this wiki space. Fill out the username/password sheet that I e-mailed to you as well and save it to your flashdrive sub-folder titled "web 2.0"
Read the poll below and drag each item in order of preference. With the top slot as your most preferred form of instruction. Hit the vote button when you have ordered them.
